JIM BURROW, M.D.

Residency Faculty

Dr. Jim Burrow graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences' College of Medicine in 2005.  He completed his Family Medicine residency training program at the Area Health Education Center-Northwest in June, 2008 and served as Co-Chief resident in his senior year.  He joined the residency faculty following the completion of residency training.

Dr. Burrow was born in Medina, Ohio, but calls Augusta, Arkansas home.  He graduated from Hendrix College in Conway with a BA in Biology.  Jim has done a medical mission trip to Honduras.  He is an excellent cook according to his friends.  He served as his medical school class treasurer at UAMS for four years and is considered an excellent social events planner.  He and his wife Emily have one son.
